Winter Rates

Monthly Sites have metered electric- amount varies on usage- readings will be taken on the 28th of every month regardless of check-in/check-out date
$250.00 Security Deposit and Reservation is required to secure the proper rate for monthly stays
3 month cancelation notice is REQUIRED for monthly reservations
Monthly rate for each additional person over 5 years of age is $90.00
Guests staying 1 or more months will be given the best site available at the time of registration.
- To guarantee a specific site a 4 or more month stay will be required.
Security deposits can be rolled over for the next season at NO CHARGE
- If you choose not to rollover your security deposit a refund will be mailed to you on 4-6 weeks less a $5.00 processing fee
Guests not staying for the full length of stay from the original reservation date will forfeit a refund of their deposit
